Business Operations
The Business Operations Division leads the definition and development of models and processes that enable organizational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout Public Works. The Division also ensures that fiscal responsibility is carried out for the Public Works Department. This is accomplished through collaborative alignment of the Department’s budget and its strategic plan, oversight of facility maintenance, and promotion of Department initiatives with key stakeholders.
