NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:

Kent Brown for Vacation of City of Meridian Water and Sanitary Sewer Easement located on Lot 5, Block 1, Gramercy Subdivision No. 1 for Gramercy Vacation (H-2018-0010).

Trevor Gasser for Annexation and Zoning of 5 acres of land with a C-C zoning district for Linder Mixed Use Revised (H-2017-0095) located at 5960 N. Linder Road;
