Before inquiring about reserving a room please read our Reservation Policy to see if you meet the requirements then fill out the Room Reservations Form sign and return to the correct location depending on which room you wish to reserve.

Rooms can only be reserved from 8 am to 9 pm Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) and on Friday’s from 8 am to 5 pm.

Reservations are not final until the reservation is confirmed by the City.
