2012 - WHAT A SUCCESS!

At our 2012 event we had 16 entrants to actually cook the chili. It was a mixture of Commercial and Non-commercial entries. The best of show was judged based on the booth in terms of costumes, crowd interaction, level of fun etc. The Peoples Choice is the winner that is voted by all the people sampling the chili and placing there raffle ticket for the vote in the fire booth. The boots are collected, raffle stubs counted and then the winner is decided. The other categories are commercial with a 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, Place as well as a Non-commercial 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd. These winners are decided by a panel of judges sampling all the chili then tallying the votes based on a judging criteria.
