Transportation Commissions & Work Groups

There are two main transportation related groups tasked with evaluating the transportation system in our community; the Transportation Task Force and the Traffic Safety Commission (although you could argue that the Parks and Recreation Commission does some of this, as does the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council). In addition, ACHD has put together a Neighborhood Advisory Committee. These groups are made up of transportation engineers, planners, code enforcers, emergency responders, business owners and citizens.
