The City Council stream is live only during City Council meetings.  City Council meetings are typically scheduled for the 1^st, 3^rd, and 4^th Tuesday of the month beginning at 7:00 p.m. and the 2^nd Tuesday of the month beginning at 3:00 pm.  You can find agenda for the weekly council meeting by visiting the City Clerks page here.  Archived meetings can be viewed here.
