As required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, The City prepares the following documents to guide and monitor the CDBG Program.

Consolidated Plan:  Direction-setting document that outlines goals and objectives for the CDBG program. Meridian's Consolidated Plan covers program years 2012-2016.

Consolidated Annual Performance & Evalutation Report (CAPER): Provides information about that year's accomplishments. The Report gauges the degree to which the City (1) made progress toward goals and objectives outlined in the Consolidated Plan and (2) adhered to the Action Plan for that year. The CAPER also identifies issues to address in future program years.
