Citizen Access is the Electronic Document Review process for which the City of Meridian Building Services Division accepts and reviews new permit applications. This guide is intended to help explain the various aspects of permit review through Citizen Access. For questions, contact the Building Services Division. Below are the Submittal Standards. These Standards will help with a smooth submission for a building permit. These are requirements that must be met prior to acceptance, once accepted, the Plan Review process and timeline will begin.
