A new art exhibit titled “Let the Sun Shine” will open on Tuesday, April 4, in the Initial Point Gallery located on the third floor of Meridian City Hall. The show will display diverse works by local artists from the Treasure Valley Artists Alliance (TVAA). The featured artwork responds to the title theme “Let the Sun Shine,” and will remain on display through Friday, April 28.
The public is invited to view the art and meet the artists at an opening reception to be held Tuesday, April 4, from 4:30 – 7:00 pm, in the gallery, located at 33 E. Broadway Avenue in downtown Meridian.
Initial Point Gallery, which is curated by the Meridian Arts Commission, features a rotating series of art exhibits highlighting a variety of local, regional and national artists. It is open weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. Admission to the gallery and artists’ reception is free and open to the public.
