City Hall Meeting Rooms are unavailable through April 15, 2020. Any meeting scheduled after April 15 will be tentative and could be canceled based on the health and safety of all parties.

 

Before inquiring about reserving a room please read our Reservation Policy to see if you meet the requirements then fill out the Room Reservations Online Request Form.

Rooms can only be reserved from 8 am to 9 pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (excluding holidays), and Tuesday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Rooms are not available on weekends or outside of these hours.

Reservations are not final until the reservation is confirmed by the City.

Meridian City Hall Rooms

The following rooms are the only rooms available for reservation at Meridian City Hall

Room A – 9 Tables available, 18 chairs available

Room B – 9 Tables available, 18 chairs available

Room A & B (combined) – 18 Tables available, 36 chairs available

Additional chairs can be provided with advanced notice

Please make note of the room you have reserved. Meeting Room A is immediately inside City Hall Doors. Meeting Room B is located on the right side of the North Hallway.

Food Policy:

No hot foods (other than pizza) or hot serving dishes.

Beverages such as coffee, soda or water are allowed only in appropriate containers with lids.

Meridian Police Department Rooms
