How do I become a Vendor with the City of Meridian?

The City of Meridian currently does not have an integrated vendor list. Formal Bids and RFP’s for current projects are advertised either in the Valley Times or Idaho Statesman and are also posted on the City of Meridian website. You may also sign up for the Purchasing - Solicitations and Awards Subscription service, which will notify you of new solicitations and/or updates by email. Subscribe here.

How do I find out what bids are posted?

Bids are advertised in the Valley Times or Idaho Statesman and are also posted on the City of Meridian website at this link:

How do I obtain specs and plans?

Plans and specs can be picked up at the City of Meridian Purchasing Department, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The Purchasing Department is located at 33 E Broadway Ave, Ste 106, Meridian, ID 83642

If plans and specs are available in a PDF format, They can be downloaded from the City of Meridian Purchasing website. If you download from the website, you are responsible for notifying Purchasing of your download. Any addendums or other information are only sent to the bidders on the official bidders/planholders list.
