Rooms can only be reserved from 8 am to 9 pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (excluding holidays), and Tuesday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Rooms are not available on weekends or outside of these hours. Reservations are not final until the reservation is confirmed by the City.
Meridian City Hall Rooms
The Robert D. Corrie Community Conference Room is the only area of City Hall available for reservation. The room can be divided in to Rooms A and B. Please click the links to view the room layout.
- Room A – 9 Tables available, 18 chairs available
- Room B – 9 Tables available, 18 chairs available
- Room A & B (combined) – 18 Tables available, 36 chairs available
Additional chairs can be provided with advanced notice, and are available in the closet on the northeast side of Room B. Please make note of the room you have reserved. Meeting Room A is immediately inside City Hall Doors. Meeting Room B is located on the right side of the North Hallway.
