Jessica Perreault moved to Idaho with her family in 1991. She graduated from Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls and received a B.S. in Political Science and International Studies from Idaho State University. While at ISU, she served an internship in the US Senate in Wash DC and volunteered in local congressional offices in Pocatello. After living in Spain for a year, she moved to Boise in 2002 and Meridian in 2009.
She has worked in the Real Estate and Lending industries for 16 years, specializing in navigating the complicated process of home buying and selling for her clients utilizing her background in sales, private lending, asset management, long-term escrow, and new construction. She is an Associate Broker with NextHome Treasure Valley in downtown Meridian and is exceptionally committed to leadership in real estate and public service. Staying updated with current market trends and continuing education is one of her passions. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Public Speaking and Leadership Program, the Idaho Women in Leadership Public Service program, the Graduate Realtor Institute and holds several other real estate designations. She loves every opportunity to serve area residents with her extensive real estate knowledge and experience.
Jessica served three years as a volunteer leader for the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission in 2017-2019 (as the Chair in 2019) and is in her 8th year as a member of the Boise Regional Realtors Public Policy Committee, which advocates in the local, state, and national governments for home-ownership concerns and affordability. This year as a Councilmember, she is looking forward to working with Meridian's Public Works department in their incredible commitment to provide clean water, sanitary services, environmental conservation, and sustainability to our residents.
Jessica recently moved her immediate family to Meridian and is enjoying spending time with them after 20 years of living in different states. She is incredibly proud of her son, Benjamin, who is serving his first enlistment term with the US Marine Corps. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, traveling, running 5/10ks and hanging out with her miniature dachshund Maddie.
