- VRT bus shelter at 3rd & Pine (bus stop AM004)
- VRT bus shelter at Wayfinder & Vanguard (bus stop AM019)
GETTING THERE:
- VRT will provide a shuttle from the 3rd & Pine bus shelter to the Wayfinder & Vanguard bus shelter and back.
- The 3rd & Pine bus shelter is served by VRT routes 30 Pine and 45 Boise State/CWI – if you’d like help planning a trip to the ribbon cutting, please let us know!
- Free public parking is available at the VRT office south of the 3rd & Pine bus stop: 700 NE 2nd Street, Meridian, ID 83642
WHY: The Meridian Arts Commission (MAC) has partnered with Valley Regional Transit (VRT) and the Meridian Development Corporation (MDC) to bring a new public art to Meridian by commissioning artists to create new original artwork to be printed on vinyl wraps to be installed on transit stop shelters in Meridian, Idaho. Celebrate a partnership to enhance public transit with vibrant public art on Meridian bus shelters, following the theme of “Getting Around Meridian.
