PY26 Action Plan (2026–2027)

Public Comment Period

The City of Meridian is seeking feedback on how federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds should be used to support housing stability.

Public comment period: May 28, 2026 – June 29, 2026

What this is

Meridian receives federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). For this program year, the City is expected to receive approximately $555,314 for this program year.

These funds must be used to support low- and moderate-income residents by improving housing stability, neighborhoods, and access to services. They cannot be used for general City operations or unrelated projects.

Each year, the City creates an Action Plan showing how these funds will be used.
