Backflow Tester Information

The City of Meridian created a Backflow Prevention Portal to streamline backflow test report submittal and improve accuracy and communication between testers, their customers, and the City. As of Spring 2022, all backflow assembly tests must be submitted to the City via the Backflow Prevention Portal.

Backflow Prevention Portal

Each Backflow Assembly Tester, and or their representative company must create an account in order to use this portal.

If you need assistance creating an account, please contact the Backflow Team at 208-888-5242.

Backflow Prevention Tester List

The City publishes an annual courtesy backflow assembly tester list each year to assist residents with finding a licensed tester.
