Trunk or Treat | City of Meridian

The Meridian Parks and Recreation Department’s mission is to enhance the community’s quality of life by providing innovatively designed parks, connected pathways, and diverse recreational opportunities for all citizens.

The community is invited to attend the 11th Annual Trunk or Treat. Come in costume and visit with 90 plus businesses and organizations who are each offering free candy! Attendance is free. Donation of $1 per child, or one food item to support the Meridian Food Bank Backpack Program is encouraged. Look for their booth, drop dry goods into the donation barrels or click below to donate.

Attendance and participation to Trunk or Treat is free. We ask that you "pay it forward' with a suggested donation of $1 per child or can of food to support the Meridian Food Bank Backpack Program.

The program gives qualifying students a backpack with enough food for six meals and two snacks to ensure that they have food to eat over the weekend. (Every $25 feeds a student for six weeks.)
