The Meridian Parks and Recreation Department’s mission is to enhance the community’s quality of life by providing innovatively designed parks, connected pathways, and diverse recreational opportunities for all citizens. The Art Party celebrates the vibrant arts community in the valley and connects the public with various arts organizations.
Community Art Party
The Community Art Party was created partnership with the Meridian Arts Commission to celebrate local art and artists. We share the variety of opportunities for the community to get involved in the arts. The event aims to nurture creativity of all kinds including visual, literary, theater, dance, and music arts. The event features hands-on activities, live performances, engaging art stations, a chalk art competition and informational booths by local art organizations.

Businesses, individuals and organizations whose primary mission is art centric are invited to patriciate in this year's Community Art Party. Participants may use the space to share information, sell tickets, encourage memberships or sell swag. (Only art focused applicants will be accepted). Applications which include a hands-on interactive activity are preferred.
Fees: Fees are $40 for businesses and $20 for non-profit 501 (c) 3 organizations.
