Registration Process and Fees

In order to be registered for this tournament you must sign up on IdahoSoftball.com; and return the registration form to recreation@meridiancity.org and we must receive payment. Until all of these are completed, your team will remain on the waitlist.

Teams will be placed on the waitlist until you have registered IdahoSoftball.com, submitted the registration form, and payment to City of Meridian. The tournament is first paid, first served, meaning you can no longer hold a spot in the tournament without payment.

Your spot is the tournament is not secure until you have registered on IdahoSoftball.com and we have both payment and the registration form.

Each team must be registered with Idaho Softball and provide an Official Idaho Softball Roster with each players individual identification number, by May 15th. Roster must be turned in at the Recreation Office (or via email).

Tournament Team Fee

Current fees as of 11/2023

$575 per team

Tournament fees include 4 game guarantee, tournament balls and two-man umpire system. 

Ways to Register

• Phone-In - Call 208-888-3579 and pay over the phone with a credit card after registering on IdahoSoftball.com» and then emailing in your registration form. to recreation@meridiancity.org
• Walk-In - Come into our office at 33 E. Broadway Ave., Suite 206 and pay in person with cash, check, or credit card.
• Mail-In - Mail your registration form and payment to 33 E. Broadway Ave., Suite 206, Meridian, ID 83642. (Must be received by the deadline and have available spots in the tournament.)

Rules

• All Players and coaches have to have proper certifications, or they will not be allowed in the dugout.
• Each team must be registered with Idaho Softball and provide an Official Softball Roster with each players individual identification number. Roster must be turned in at the Recreation Office (or via email) by Wednesday, May 15th, 2024.
